This upcoming weekend is a looonnnnggg weekend, especially in the US. It starts tomorrow, Thursday the 24th of November, with THANKSGIVING DAY.
Friday the 25th of November is BLACK FRIDAY.
Saturday the 26th of November is SMALL BUSINESS DAY.
then Sunday the 27th of November is SLEEPING OFF YOUR FRUSTRATION DAY,
I just made this one up.
Honestly, Sunday is the FIRST ADVENT, where we light the first candle on our Advents Wreath.
And finally Monday the 28th of November is CYBER MONDAY.
The last 2 years I wrote articles about all what is going on during this weekend. Lots of information and know how for you. You can click on these posts and you’ll get it.
YES – in about FOUR WEEKS is CHRISTMAS.

Hi Mike,
seems I am one of the small group leaving comments to your posts.
On the other hand, it’s o.k., because some people write such hollow rubbish, nothing to do with your article or theme you write about. Also ……. better not going on now.
Back to the above information. You were right, I missed out last year to read about Thanksgiving and Collecting Advent Calendars. Man, what some great information I learned about. What a job you did to research all this and publish. And all the fantastic pics.
Instead reading a book at night I read your articles now. Go on with your work my friend. I love to read classy blogs like yours.
Cheers Luigi

Hola Luigi,
what a warm rain of compliments.
Thank you very much.
You are right, most people write to my personal email.
We have great discussions which I enjoy very much.
But – please – stay on the blog with yours !! THANKS !!
And you are right with the hollow rubbish. This might
be a modern way to comment – always past the subject.
I have the feeling, people don’t know about a subject,
but instead saying it and complimenting, they have to
criticize some unimportant subordinate clause, just
because they want to open their mouth !
Finally they contribute no content, just saying
NOTHING except phrases .
We have to live with this modern ….. whatever it is.
Thanks again Luigi, till soon, Mike.
