Figs, Parma ham, blue cheese, crostinis on greens with walnuts and fig dressing.
Tips.
The secret to a unique salad dressing that walks on the sweet side is whatever preserves or jam that is lingering in the fridge.
Toss with salad greens, or double the dressing amount to toss with blanched vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower works especially well) for a vegetable salad.

What a summer feast. Mixed green salad with fresh figs, mozzarella balls, prosciutto and fig dressing.
Be a bit creative if you want to change taste. By example mix in a bit of Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar or chilli sauce. Just make sure you have the right balance between your maple syrup taste and the other ingredients or spices. Enjoy !!
