Hello and welcome in 2017.
My Dear Readers, finally I could manage the „Translate Button“ of Google for you. Just look right under Archives you’ll find the button „Select Language“. A window will open and offer you multiple languages. Just click on the language you like. It is not always the best translation, but it helps tremendous !!
Good luck and till the next post.

Oh, helemaal leuk en het is een lange blog, die over de spaghetti, dus ik ga er eens goed voor zitten. Merci Mike

Mike, I can’t help myself, to tell you again how nice and informative your posts are.
Love the pic with the kid and spaghetti on his head !!
The spaghetti recipe is precise the one my Mama used to make in Italy when we were kids.
At least once a week and we loved it very much.
Sadly the good buffalo mozarella is so expensive lately, that we use Parmesano, its a good alternative.
Have many more good inspirations, Luigi.

Dear Luigi,
thanks once more and thank you for all the
fine Italian „feasts“ we had at your place. They
inspire me for my Italian recipes.
And you are right, mostly we use Parmesano
from Uruguay also for our meals.
Ciao Mike.

Wow – Great stuff !
We just had a big feast of spaghetti the other day with home made tomato sauce and this morning for breakfast we roasted the left over pasta until crunchy and poured 2 eggs over it
Best wishes
Ciao

Thanks very much Gundy,
we do the same with „pasta leftovers“. Baked is
often even more delicious then just cooked pasta.
Sometimes Anna uses the leftovers for a lovely frittata.
Stay tuned DEAR,
abrazos Mike.
